Refund/Return Policy
Because each frame is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at threadedmemory@gmail.com to have your item replaced.
We require the damaged product to be shipped back to us for inspection before issuing a replacement. Return shipping instructions will be provided and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
All claims must include photos of the product and packaging for verification.
